In most cases, we deliver your feasibility study within 3 days after we receive the key property details.
What information do you need from me?
An address, your goals (rental, family suite, downsizing), and any helpful documents like a survey, photos, or a recent listing plan if available.
Does a feasibility check include permitting?
It’s the first step. We’ll outline the likely permit pathway and requirements, and we can assist with permits afterward (often 30–45 days depending on municipality).
What if my backyard has constraints?
That’s exactly what the study is for. We’ll identify constraints early and recommend practical options—layout changes, servicing approaches, or model adjustments.
