This category of ADU is designed from scratch matching 100% of your layout, material, and luxury requirements.  

The unit is built on-site from the ground up, takes 2 months for permitting then 4 months to build.

This option can be 1 or 2 levels, provides more custom tailoring, and higher luxury than modular builds.  As a result, it's higher priced.

The build sizes range from 300sf - 680sf. 

(Earn $2,400 - $2,680 monthly rent)

The average build time is 6 months including 2 months for the permit.

This modular category of ADU is designed using existing layout templates with many options for material and interior finishes.

80% of the unit is built in a climate-controlled factory and then transported to your location where the final 20% is completed on-site.

The permitting process is 1 month, and the factory build time is an additional 3 months,  with 5 days onsite.  This unit can be permitted and built in the winter months.

This option can be 1 or 2 levels, can combine 2+ sea containers to provide wide-span rooms.

As a result, it's the least expensive to build.

The build sizes range from 320sf - 640sf. 

(Earn $2,200 - $2,680 monthly rent)

The average build time is 3.5 months including 1 month for the permit.

This modular category of ADU is designed using existing layout templates with many options for material and interior finishes.

80% of the unit is built in a controlled factory environment and then transported to your location where the final 20% is completed onsite.

The permitting process is 1 month, and the factory build time is an additional 3 months,  with 5 days onsite.  This unit can be permitted and built in the winter months.

This option can be 1 or 2 levels.

The build sizes range from 320sf - 680sf priced. 

($2,200 - $2,680 monthly rent)

The average build time is 3.5 months including 1 month for the permit.

Rooflines can vary from flat, slant, or peak style with each progressive style adding to the cost.

The foundation can be helical pile columns, slab foundation, or a basement.  Helical piles are the least expensive and fastest system, whereas installing a basement is the slowest and most expensive option.

All units are self-contained with their own waterline, electrical service, (gas option is not required), and sewer connection to the road.
